How the HSCPOA’s Complaints Process Works
If for any reason, you or someone you know has concerns about Personal Support Worker (PSW’s) supportive care services received or behaviour, you have the right to make a complaint to HSCPOA. Complaints, in either a written or recorded format, can be made against HSCPOA registered PSWs.
