Health and Supportive Care providers are vital members of Ontario's health care system.
The Health and Supportive Care Providers Oversight Authority (HSCPOA) evaluates the eligibility of individuals who are applying for registration as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) in Ontario.
Information in this section provides details on how to become registered, what education and/or practice experience are required, along with any other requirements for registration.
The Government of Ontario is currently providing HSCPOA with the funding and support required to become fully operational. There is currently no cost to apply and become registered as a PSW with HSCPOA.
