PSW registrants interact with HSCPOA through an interactive portal enabling you to complete and submit forms, provide documentation, update information on your profile, renew your registration, and monitor other regulatory processes relating to their registration with HSCPOA.

NOTE: HSCPOA began registering Personal Support Workers (PSWs) on December 1, 2024, once the regulations came into force.
