Background

The Health and Supportive Care Providers Oversight Authority Act, 2021, requires HSCPOA’s Board of Directors to establish Advisory Committees for each class of registrant (e.g., PSWs). The Advisory Committee will advise and make recommendations to the HSCPOA Board of Directors and the CEO about issues pertaining to registrants in that class of registration.
