HSCPOA will begin registering Personal Support Workers (PSWs) on December 1, 2024, once the regulations come into force. Registration will be voluntary.

The Health and Supportive Care Providers Oversight Authority is an independent regulatory body accountable to the Ontario government under the Health and Supportive Care Providers Oversight Authority Act, 2021.
