NOTE: All of the legislation that enables the Health and Supportive Care Providers Oversight Authority (HSCPOA) to fulfill its mandate is not yet in force. Once fully operational, HSCPOA will begin to register Personal Support Workers (PSWs). Registration will be voluntary.

The Health and Supportive Care Providers Oversight Authority is an independent regulatory body accountable to the Ontario government under the Health and Supportive Care Providers Oversight Authority Act, 2021.

Once fully established, individuals who are Personal Support Workers in Ontario may register into the public database.
