Recruitment of board members for the full Board of Directors and replacement of Board members as vacancies arise will follow a robust screening process to ensure the Board is comprised of a balanced group of individuals with collective expertise across the desired skills/competencies.

The Board of Directors conducts its governance work to establish and support the mission, vision and values for the organization, develop a long range strategy, monitor achievement of goals and performance expectations, and ensure that the HSCPOA is governed effectively.
