Board Recruitment and Nominations Committee

The Board Recruitment and Nominations Committee (Nominations Committee), is a standing committee of the Board, and is mandated to conduct and support the Board in fair and effective Board Director, Board Officer, and Board Committee Member recruitment and nominations processes. The Board through this Committee is committed to building a qualified, diverse Board. The Committee consists of consists of the Vice Chair of the Board (and who serves as Committee Chair), two directors of the Board, as well as the Board Chair (ex-officio).
