Governance Committee

Established in February, 2026, the Committee is charged with advising and making recommendations to the Board on matters regarding development, review, and repeal of Board policies. This is a standing committee of the Board and consists of the Vice Chair of the Board (and who serves as Committee Chair), three directors of the Board, as well as the Board Chair (ex-officio).
